With 17 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry and an additional 8 years in semiconductor manufacturing, Melissa Eavenson brings a dynamic blend of operational leadership and safety expertise to her role at Bradbury Stamm Construction.
As Office Support Manager and Safety Coordinator, she plays a pivotal role in technology coordination, executive support, and safety compliance—ensuring both organizational efficiency and a strong culture of safety.
Melissa’s unique combination of operational insight and strategic support is complemented by her deep commitment to workplace well-being. She is known for her proactive approach to streamlining internal systems, supporting senior leadership, and leading impactful training and communication initiatives. Her ability to bridge strategic planning with day-to-day execution makes her a valuable asset to any board.
Passionate about giving back, Melissa actively volunteers with Roadrunner Food Bank and Cuidando Los Niños, and proudly supports Animal Humane New Mexico and Mandy’s Farm. She is especially drawn to organizations focused on causes that make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
Melissa is excited to bring her skills, energy, and heart for service to the Women in Construction New Mexico (WICNM) board, helping the organization grow its impact and strengthen communities. In addition to WICNM, she also serves as an active board member for New Mexico Contractors Comp Trust (NMCCT), a self-insured workers’ compensation group, and is the current Associated General Contractors (AGC) ES&H Chair for 2025.
