With over 20 years in the insurance industry, Analisa Perez is a dedicated advocate for Women
entrepreneurs, helping them navigate risk and build resilient businesses. As a licensed property
and casualty insurance agent with Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) and Certified
Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations, she specializes in protecting businesses
through strategic insurance solutions.
Born and raised in Texas by a single immigrant mother, Analisa’s journey has been shaped by
perseverance, community, and the drive to uplift others. Now based in Albuquerque, she is
deeply committed to empowering women in business, particularly in male-dominated
industries like construction. She has served as Treasurer for the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber
of Commerce Women’s Program, Director with Women in Construction NM, and is an active
member of Associated Builders and Contractors NM and Associated General Contractors NM.
Beyond her professional expertise, Analisa is passionate about giving back. She actively
volunteers and fundraises for organizations such as Roadrunner Food Bank, Barrett House,
Locker 505, Crossroads for Women, Women’s Housing Coalition, Alzheimer’s Association, and
Cuidando Los Niños.
As a Director with Women in Construction NM, Analisa is eager to share insights on financial
preparedness, risk management, and how Women business owners can protect and scale their
ventures with confidence. Her story is a testament to the power of resilience, knowledge, and
community—values that drive her mission to support and inspire the next generation of
women entrepreneurs.
