Liza Martinez is a business development professional with more than a decade of experience
supporting business operations, building client relationships, and driving strategic growth across
the restoration and construction industries. Known for her strong organizational skills and ability
to connect with people, she has built a career centered on service, collaboration, and creating
opportunities for businesses and communities to thrive.
Currently serving as a Business Development Representative with Steamatic of Albuquerque
and Santa Fe, Liza focuses on building partnerships with property managers, contractors, and
industry professionals while helping organizations better understand restoration services and
solutions. Her previous roles include Business Development Manager with Stop Restoration and
Office Assistant/Safety Coordinator with Klinger Constructors, where she supported office
operations, safety compliance, payroll coordination, and internal team management.
Throughout her career, Liza has been recognized for her ability to adapt quickly, manage
complex operations, and support leadership teams while maintaining strong relationships with
clients and colleagues alike. She combines operational knowledge with a relationship-driven

She serves on the Board of Directors and chairs the suppliers committee for the Apartment
Association of New Mexico, serves on the Gala Committee for the National Dance Institute
Albuquerque, and serves on the council of the donor group Give Guys with United Way of
New Mexico, supporting initiatives that strengthen communities across the state.
